The property owner lives on site in a private lower-level suite with its own separate entrance. Guest spaces and owner quarters are completely separate, with no shared interior access.

Guests whose cumulative spend across Colorado bookings reaches $15,000 receive the entire Casa Vista Belize property - the six-bedroom upstairs and two-bedroom downstairs - at no additional charge.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
