Located in Fraser, Colorado just minutes from Winter Park Resort, this architecturally distinctive home combines dramatic scale with warm alpine comfort, offering panoramic views, generous gathering areas, and privacy rarely found this close to town.

Pricing and What Is Included
Casa Vista is priced by night and varies with the season and day of the week. As of today, weeknight rates run from about $900 to $2,000 per night, and Friday and Saturday rates run from about $1,500 to $5,000 per night depending on the time of year. A 3 night minimum stay applies.
