Add Partner Homes for Your Group
Keep your wedding party, family, and closest friends close by. Our three nearby partner homes can be added to any five night wedding package: Casa Vista plus one partner home is $19,000, and Casa Vista plus two partner homes is $22,000.
- CasaColo: Sleeps 30. The largest partner home, ideal for overflow guests or the main wedding party.
- Casa Vista Granby: Sleeps 26. Close to Grand Lake and downtown Granby, beautifully appointed.
- Lionsgate (Downtown Winter Park): Sleeps 14. Intimate and centrally located. Perfect for immediate family or the bridal party you want close by.
Full four property buyout: $25,000. Total overnight capacity across all four homes: 106 guests. All properties are within a short drive of Casa Vista and outfitted to the same standard.
The Belize Bonus
Every Colorado guest may choose available dates for the two bedroom downstairs unit at Casa Vista Belize.
- $15,000 cumulative spend across Colorado bookings gives the same guest the entire Casa Vista Belize property, the six bedroom upstairs and two bedroom downstairs, at no additional charge.
Most couples use it for the honeymoon. It also works as a pre wedding bachelor or bachelorette trip: small Caribbean island, beachfront house, world class snorkeling at the Blue Hole, and a lot more character than a Vegas pool party. The groomsmen, the bridesmaids, or both, at separate times. It is completely up to you.
Bring Your Own Vendors
Casa Vista is a blank canvas. Bring your own caterer, bartender, photographer, florist, DJ, officiant, and anyone else you want. No required vendors, no exclusivity arrangements, no markups. We are happy to share names of local vendors we have worked with and trust, including Sherry Kent and Wildhorse Catering, but the choice is always yours. We recommend a TIPS certified bartender for day of service.
What Is Included in Every Package
Every package includes exclusive use of the full 11 bedroom estate and grounds for your dates. Here is what comes with it:
- 40x80 professional wedding tent, fully set up with sidewalls available
- Dance floor and staging area
- Tables, chairs, and benches (bench lengths from 8 to 13 feet, most around 10 feet)
- 250 settings of dishware, flatware, and glassware
- Linens and standard decor elements
- Whiskey barrel bar
- Outdoor lighting throughout the grounds
- Professional sound system (volume suitable for conversation under the tent without yelling)
- Ceremony arch
- One suite within the main house for day of preparations
- The Love Shack: a functional on property outbuilding for vendor staging or casual getting ready. Not fancy, but private. Includes two additional restrooms for event guests.
- Three independent breaker circuits from the Love Shack powering the tent
- Propane heaters on site (guests refill smaller tanks as needed)
- Fire pit and outdoor gathering areas
- Outdoor games: cornhole, volleyball, tetherball, putting green, jungle gym, and bounce house
- Indoor amenities: chef's kitchen, indoor hot tub, sauna, shuffleboard, ping pong, pool table, and WiFi
- On site dumpster (collected Fridays)
- Standard house cleaning after checkout

The Setting
Fraser, Colorado sits at over 8,500 feet elevation. The nights are clear and dark. The mornings smell like pine. The Arapaho National Forest begins at the edge of the property. Rocky Mountain National Park is 30 minutes away. Winter Park Resort is about 12 minutes away. It is the kind of place people talk about for years.
Event Guidelines
- Music wraps up at 9:45 PM per Grand County noise ordinance. After that, the party moves inside and keeps going.
- No fireworks, sky lanterns, or open flame devices. Designated fire pits are welcome when conditions allow. Guests are responsible for checking current fire ban status.
- No smoking inside any of the homes. Outdoor areas are available.
- Keep the main driveway clear for vendor load in and load out.
- Pets require advance approval.
- Grand County does not require a special event permit for weddings at Casa Vista.
- Event insurance is recommended but not required.
Check In and Check Out
Full weekend packages: check in Wednesday or Thursday at 4:00 PM, check out Monday at 10:00 AM. Vendor setup access can often begin earlier on arrival day.
Weekday packages: check in Monday at 4:00 PM, check out Thursday at 10:00 AM.
Early check in and late checkout depend on surrounding bookings. Check the calendar first. Same day changeovers are a hard no.
Payment and Cancellation
50% due at booking to hold your dates. The balance is due 30 days before check in. The deposit is non refundable. If you cancel after the balance is paid, that payment is also non refundable. If something serious comes up, reach out immediately and we will do our best to work with you.

Tours are welcome and there is no commitment. Tell us your dates and a time that works, and we will walk you through the house, the tent site and the grounds. Most couples decide on the spot.
