Casa Vista is an 11-bedroom private estate on six acres near Fraser and Winter Park. The house accommodates up to 36 overnight guests, while approved weddings and events may host up to 250 day guests. If Vrbo’s inquiry form limits the event count you can enter, message us with your actual estimated attendance before booking.

WEDDING & EVENT FAQ

How many people can attend and stay overnight?
Approved events may host up to 250 guests. Up to 36 guests may stay overnight in the house.

Is event use included in the Vrbo lodging price?
Standard lodging rates cover the house and normal residential use. Wedding and event use is a separate package that must be arranged and approved before booking.

What does a wedding package cost?
• Weekday wedding: $6,000 for three nights, Monday check-in through Thursday checkout
• May or October weekend: $10,000 for five nights, Wednesday check-in through Monday checkout
• June through September weekend: $15,000 for five nights, Wednesday check-in through Monday checkout
Vrbo service fees and applicable taxes may be added by the platform.

Can we book lodging without an event?
Yes. Lodging-only summer rates are separate from wedding packages: Friday and Saturday $4,000 per night; Thursday and Sunday $3,000 per night; Monday through Wednesday $2,000 per night; three-night minimum.

What is included?
The wedding package includes the entire 11-bedroom estate, 40-by-80-foot tent, dance floor, traditional bulb string lighting, sound system, tables, benches, linens, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, outdoor games, and the Love Shack with two event restrooms.

When is the tent available?
Tent season runs approximately May 1 through October 20. Sidewalls and an onsite event dumpster are available.

Can we choose our own vendors?
Yes. Couples choose their caterer, planner, photographer, florist, entertainment and other vendors. When alcohol is served, use a TIPS-certified bartender. Event insurance is recommended.

What are the music and parking rules?
Music ends at 9:45 PM. Summer events have approximately 120 onsite parking spaces, and street parking is not available.

Can we hold a small wedding, reunion or retreat?
Yes. Small weddings and events still require advance event approval. Ordinary family reunions within the home’s 36-person overnight capacity are welcome as standard lodging stays when they do not include a separately organized event.

Can additional guests stay nearby?
Nearby homes may be available for $3,500 for three nights each, subject to availability.

Is there a Belize benefit?
Every Colorado guest may choose available dates for a complimentary Casa Vista Belize stay of up to seven nights in the two-bedroom downstairs unit. Guests whose cumulative spend across Colorado bookings reaches $15,000 receive the entire Casa Vista Belize property - the six-bedroom upstairs and two-bedroom downstairs - at no additional lodging charge. Belize dates are subject to availability, and guests cover their travel costs.

Can we tour the property?
Tours are available by appointment after property and host availability are confirmed. Send your wedding year, preferred date, estimated event guest count and two or three possible tour windows. On dates with an active guest stay, tours are limited to the exterior venue and grounds. Interior access is available when the property is unoccupied and that access has been specifically confirmed.

The home offers 11 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms plus 1 half bathroom, multiple living spaces, a large dining area, hot tub, sauna, decks, outdoor grounds and ample space for ski groups, retreats, reunions and multi-day wedding weekends.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
